The function rooms have been fully refurbished to include elegant décor and state of the art screening and I.T solutions.

Our rooms are extremely versatile and the layouts are flexible; rooms can be interconnected to allow for up to 80 - 100 delegates depending on seating plans. All rooms are extremely well lit by natural daylight.

The Kingscliff Hotel will supply you with your own event co-ordinator, who will help organise every aspect of your conference, meeting or corporate event. They will be with you every step of the way, liaising with all the relevant personnel to ensure smooth running of your event.

We can serve refreshments in your room, choose from teas, coffees, pastries, hot/cold buffet lunch or dine in style in Preston's Restaurant. We purchase from specialist suppliers on a daily basis and therefore use the freshest produce and finest ingredients.

Our wine list has been created from a fine selection of wines from around the world to complement your menu choices.

We have seventeen en-suite rooms available for those delegates who may wish to stay overnight and then in the morning enjoy a full English breakfast or Continental breakfast in our dining room before your return journey home.

Our functions co-ordinator will be pleased to assist you with the planning of your event and will endeavour to fulfil your exacting requirements wherever possible.
