The Kingscliff Hotel is a unique and very special wedding venue serving the North Essex and Tendring area. With its fine coastal setting, The Kingscliff Hotel can offer you a superb location for your wedding.

The light and airy Connaught Suite, which can accommodate up to 200 guests has its own dance floor, private bar and cloakrooms.

The Lancaster Suite can cater for parties of up to 80 guests and has the use of the adjacent hotel bar and waitress services if required.

Preston's Restaurant located on the east wing of the hotel is a grand room which has great natural daylight and breathtaking sea views. Preston's is available as an alternative for weddings can suitably seat 90 guests for the wedding breakfast.

Civil Weddings and Partnership Ceremonies

The Kingscliff Hotel has a room which is licensed to hold Civil Wedding and Partnership Ceremonies for up to 80 guests.

The Ceremony is a non-religious service, so you can make it as personal as you want, with music and readings.

As part of the process you will need to arrange the official part of the day with the Colchester Registrar Officer after which we will provide you with the perfect wedding venue.
